I am so utterly in love with Wild Garlic Hummus right now! Everyone and their dog must make this now. It’s so easy to make. Simply chuck a handful or two of Wild Garlic leaves in with your usual hummus recipe and omit the garlic clove.
Here’s how we made it…
- One carton cooked organic chickpeas 380g, drained
- 2 handfuls of Wild Garlic leaves
- 1/2 lemon juice
- pinch salt and pepper
- 2tsp tahini
- few glugs of Olive oil
- optional – pinch cinnamon and cumin
Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until it’s at your desired consistency. If you like it a bit less chunky you can add in some spring water to smooth.
