Wild Garlic Hummus Recipe

wild hummusI am so utterly in love with Wild Garlic Hummus right now! Everyone and their dog must make this now.  It’s so easy to make. Simply chuck a handful or two of Wild Garlic leaves in with your usual hummus recipe and omit the garlic clove.

Here’s how we made it…

  • One carton cooked organic chickpeas 380g, drained
  • 2 handfuls of Wild Garlic leaves
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 2tsp tahini
  • few glugs of Olive oil
  • optional – pinch cinnamon and cumin

Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until it’s at your desired consistency. If you like it a bit less chunky you can add in some spring water to smooth.
